What was the highlight of HOTEL MYSTAYS Tachikawa
I love the staff!
Staff were really kind. I accidentally booked a smoking room without knowing, so when I checked in and said I booked a non smoking rooom, they did their best to accomodate by giving me the option of switching to a non smoking room a few days later when availability allowed. I ended up being fine with the smell on the smoking room floor since only the hallway smells, the room not so much. I let them know that I didn't want to switch rooms anymore to avoid the trouble of packing and moving my stuff, and they were super nice about it. Microwaves and laundry rooms were also available on certain floors, so it was a comfortable stay. Detergent and fabric softening sheets were available to purchase at the reception desk. The station was a not that far of a walk either, and there's a 7-11 very nearby

Amazing but not for parents with children in stroller
The convenience of the location for the purpose of staying in Tachikawa. The place is clean, severe a very good breakfast, close to the station and monorail, staff very kind.
It is not that good for people with little children with stroller or mobility Difficulty as it does not provide a entrance for this type of situations. We have to carry the stroller up to the entrance that had a steep fairly long stairs.
